Taming The Temple has been designed to encourage the nurturing of a strong spirit, a peaceful soul and a healthy body through the straightforward application of Biblical truths.
One important Biblical truth, often ignored, is that we are a spirit, we possess a soul and we live in a body (1 Thessalonians 5:23).
It emphasizes the need of harmony within man so that every person can complete their Divine destiny.
Its practical, spiritual thinking that is out the box but in the Book.

About Me

Lisa Renee’ Coleman, a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a teacher, licensed minister and has been passionately preaching the Gospel for over 32 years. She has the gift to inspire  and the unique ability to transcend racial, cultural, and denominational barriers.
Well known as a dynamic Praise and Worship leader, liturgical dancer and choreographer, she has an exceptional way of bringing the Word of God to life through the performing arts.
A highly committed servant leader, Lisa enjoys encouraging and building people by placing importance on an intimate relationship with the Lord because RELATIONSHIP NOT RELIGION IS KEY.
In 2007 she was instructed by God to move to Charlotte, NC for what she thought was going to be an improvement in job security. Six months after moving ,however, God began to progressively unfold His purpose and instruct her about a major work He was preparing her to do. It is has been walking through this difficult “preparation path” that Lisa has learned patience, faith and trust in God. During these sabbatical years, she has allowed the Lord to minister and transform her so she could be fully developed, perfect and complete, needing nothing (James 1:4).
Taming the Temple was birthed from these intimate times of worship with the Lord.
