Taming The Temple has been designed to encourage the nurturing of a strong spirit, a peaceful soul and a healthy body through the straightforward application of Biblical truths.

It emphasizes the need of harmony within man so that every person can complete their Divine destiny.

Waist: Lost 5.5 inches
Hips/Butt: Lost 2 inches
Thighs: Lost 3.25 inches

2nd 5 weeks: February 9th - March 29, 2019

Waist: Lost 8 MORE inches

Training The Body

Training gives us an outlet for suppressed energies created by stress and thus tones the spirit just as exercise conditions the body. Arnold Schwarzenegger πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ



Today I did 30 min of HIIT.(30 min of yoga tonight)..Alot more power in the morning able to burn more calories.....consistency pays off
